Early Termination fee

It is understood by Customer that any early cancellation of a ‘Seasonal’ work agreement will result in a termination fee depending on the services provided and fees paid through the date of cancellation. For seasonal work, this will amount to 30% of the scheduled work costs.

A minimum charge of $300 will be applied to ‘one-time cuts’.

A 25% late fee charge will apply to all invoices not paid on the first of the month.
